Rich Text Tools for Progress Reporting
The progress report comment section has been updated from a plain text box to a rich text editor, giving users more flexibility when entering progress updates. Staff can now format text, add bullet points, adjust alignment, insert links or images, and copy/paste content from other sources to create clearer, more organized progress reporting comments.
