Level 3 - Print Forms

Step 1:  You have two options to print forms.

You can click on the 3 dots circled below:

Then click on Forms:

You can also get to forms from the IEP by clicking on Student Forms:

Step 2:  You can click on the link for the form in blue or click on the Print Form Button.  You can print multiple selections at a time by placing a check mark to the left of the forms you want to print.

Step 3:You are able to Print, Save, Archive and Clear from this page.

If you select Archive a copy will be saved under the Archive tab.
