Level 3 - Create an Annual

Step 1:  Select Create an Annual from the menu below.  

Step 3:  Enter new Initiation Date and Meeting Date.

Step 4:  Use the Student Plan and Save and Complete each module.  

Step 4:  Follow district procedures once all of the IEP modules have been completed.
