Enter Extended School Year (ESY)

The Extended School Year question shows up on the Student Plan and the Other Considerations module.  

Student Plan:  

You will need to click Yes on the question below for the Extended School Year information to show up on the Other Considerations module.  The same yes or no question was added on the Other Considerations module as well because the Student Plan does not reappear on the Amendment Draft.
